About the event

Bring comfortable low waist workout clothes with a crop top or tight fiting shirt whatever is most comfy, jazz shoes or socks you don't mind getting dirty, and a hip scarf (Instructor Always has extras). Don't forget water for hydration, there is no refilling fountain, but there is a vending machine $1 per water.
