Firebeats Vendor Processing

Please be sure and bring all that is needed to make your booth beautiful. Slots are first come first serve and dependent on the product. Please practice paitence with your assigned spot. We do our best to accomodate everyone. 

Once you arrive, vendor spaces are first-come, first-served on the day of the event, but if you need any special accommodations, let us know and we may be able to help. We also reserve the right to adjust your location depending on the event's logistical needs.  

Vendor spots are $50 at Fort Worth Fire Beats and cover the entry cost of two people.   

You will have an approximately 10x10 foot space mostly outside (indoor spaces vary and most spots only fit a setup with one table). Please bring whatever you might need: table, tent, LIGHTS, extension cords, chairs, etc. 

We will have some power for lighting but it’ll need to be shared with all the vendors. We are working with a new setup, please be patient and arrive on time so we can figure out the ideal positioning for each type of product.   

Setup starts at 6 p.m., which is when the majority of event staff arrives on site. Please plan to be finished setting up by 7 p.m. when the event starts. Breakdown can start at midnight when the fire circle closes and the music moves inside, but we encourage you to stay until 2 am when the event ends because that’s an extra two hours of possible sales. If you need to leave earlier than midnight, please clear this with the vendor coordinator.  Please let us know if you have any issues or special circumstances so that we can work with you.
